For Immediate ReleasePanamax To Showcase Award Winning Products at CES 2004 (Booth # 18434)
Showcase Honors in the Accessories Category
PETALUMA, CA – December 17, 2003 – Panamax, the industry-leading manufacturer of power conditioning and protection products, will exhibit at CES 2004, January 8-11, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Panamax will primarily showcase the first line in the brand new PRO Series–the MAX In-Wall™ Family, as well as demonstrate its premium power conditioning and protection products–the MAX¨ component line. All show attendees are invited to Booth # 18434 at the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall to preview Panamax’s award-winning products.
“Panamax is very excited about making a positive impact at this year’s CES,” said Don King, director of product marketing for Panamax. “We’re even more excited about our new MAX In-Wall line receiving the Innovations Design & Engineering Showcase Honors under the Accessories Category. It is extremely rewarding when a product you fully support is recognized, especially by the Consumer Electronics Association.”
Panamax’s latest introduction, the MAX In-Wall™ PRO Series line, has been specifically designed as a code-compliant solution for system integrators. Designed with Michael Candea, Special Projects designer for Audio Advisors, the In-Wall family provides discreet wiring alternatives for properly protecting and grounding remote flat panel displays or ceiling-mounted video projectors. Five MAX¨ In-Wall products offer the professional installer and system integrator the necessary flexibility in creating clean power and signal distribution solutions in a variety of applications.
Along with the MAX In-Wall family, the MAX A/V component line will be showcased at CES. Leading the MAX A/V Series is the MAX 5510 ACRegenerator, which also received the Innovations Design & Engineering Showcase Honors during last year’s Consumer Electronics Show. The MAX¨ 5510 ACRegenerator™ (Model # M5510) features an Isolation Transformer with selectable Balanced or Isolated power modes to completely isolate digital source components from EMI/RFI noise. At a suggested retail of $1,299.00 and with the combination of Panamax’s industry leading component specific power conditioning, AC regeneration, and balanced power, the M5510 has established itself as the standard for the Audiophile or Home Theater Enthusiast’s power needs. Retailing at $49, an optional front silver replacement bezel is available to further enhance the aesthetics of the piece and match today’s common silver components.
