To save you time, we’ve provided you with a quick reference with answers to common questions about our trainings. If you are unable to find the answers here, please Contact Us, and we will get back to you shortly.
Q. How can I get more training about Panamax products?
A. Check out the training section on this website. You can watch or download vignettes on all aspects of Panamax products from the latest releases of the PM family to how to install the in-wall products.
Q. Can I find out more about trainings in my area?
A. Click on the Class Schedule for a schedule of upcoming Panamax trainings and their locations.
Q. What about trainings for my staff and installers?
A. Panamax can schedule live web trainings for your staff and installers. All you need to do is contact your Panamax rep, your regional account manager or simply call Panamax directly at 800.472.5555 and schedule training.
Q. What information does Panamax need about my company to schedule training?
A. Only the topic and email addresses of those attending. You will net internet access and a phone for the audio portion.
Q. Is there any charge for training?
A. No, you are free to download the trainings on this site or schedule an on-line training at no charge.
Q. How do I get training at my place of business?

With all of the demands for trainings, Panamax will do its best to accomodate your request.
Q. Can I get CEUs for these trainings?
A. No. You can only get CEU credit for Panamax trainings conducted at CEDIA
Q. I already attended a training. Can I update my skills with on-line training?
A. Of course; all you need to do is contact your Panamax rep, your regional account manager or simply call Panamax directly at 800.472.5555 and schedule training.
Q. Can I get a copy of the training?
A. Just download and save any of the linked trainings. If you have attended an online training or a live training just ask the instructor and the instructor will make arrangements to get a copy to you.
Q. What if I just need to talk to someone live about more questions I that I have?
